Quality Control Process

1. Incoming material inspection – Paper board, coating and ink verified against spec before production
2. In-line checks – Every hour, samples are pulled for visual, dimensional and leak tests
3. FQA inspection – Finished goods checked against AQL standard (2.5/4.0)
4. Pre-shipment inspection – Final check with photos and test reports sent to you before loading

If a Quality Issue Occurs

We stand behind every shipment. If you receive goods with quality defects, report it within 14 days with photos. We will investigate and provide a replacement or credit for the defective portion. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.
